Hatfield and Company Becomes Factory-Authorized Representative for Armstrong International

Hatfield and Company is pleased to announce that we are now the factory-authorized representative for Armstrong International in the Industrial Market of Alabama, except Washington, Mobile & Baldwin counties.  As well as the Institutional  Market of  Alabama and the Florida Panhandle counties of Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes, Washington, Bay, Jackson, Calhoun & Gulf, effective 4/16/2024.

Hatfield and Company Acquires Hile Controls, Inc.

Hatfield and Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of Hile Controls, Inc. a distribution company located in Pelham, AL on March 1, 2024.

Hile Controls has been an independent manufacturer’s representative firm, representing the finest instrumentation available for the territory of Alabama, Mississippi, Western Tennessee, and the Florida Panhandle.

This acquisition gives Hatfield extended reach in new states and markets.

Hatfield and Company Acquires Ricsan Filters, LLC

Hatfield and Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of Ricsan Filters, LLC, a distribution company located in Memphis TN, on June 1st, 2023.

Ricsan has been a supplier of quality filtration products to diverse industries for many years, primarily serving TN, KY, AR, MS, and the areas surrounding those states.

As part of Hatfield’s overall strategy, Ricsan fits well with our desire to be in other markets and geographic locations.

Hatfield and Company Acquires Applied Pipeline, Inc.

On August 22, 2022, Hatfield and Company acquired Applied Pipeline, Inc., located in Knox, PA.

Applied Pipeline, Inc. is a distributor and manufacturers’ representative located primarily in Western Pennsylvania and has extensive reach in the Appalachian region’s oil and gas markets. Along with its sister company, Four Three Energy Services, the duo of companies strive for excellence in customer experience along with finding cost-effective solutions that keep the end users’ interests in mind.

Hatfield and Company is a well-established national distributor and manufacturers’ representative that has offices and warehouse facilities throughout the Southwest, Midwest, and Mountain states.

The addition of API and Four Three Energy Services gives Hatfield a physical presence in one of the most important energy-producing regions of the United States. Bringing the extensive experience of the API team to Hatfield enhances the portfolio provided to our many national customers.

Hatfield and Company Acquires Colorado Filter

On May 1, 2022, Hatfield and Company acquired Colorado Filter, located in Centennial, Colorado.

For over 30 years, Colorado Filter has been supplying filters, housings and related items in the Rocky Mountain Region. For now, we will be operating Colorado Filter as a division of Hatfield and Company. We will be retaining the name and phone numbers for a period of time, as we complete the transition in the coming months.

Hatfield and Company becomeS Representative for ARI-Armaturen

Hatfield and Company is pleased to announce that we are now the Representative of ARI-Armaturen. ARI is a 3rd generation, family-owned valve manufacturer with headquarters in Webster, TX. Our partnership with ARI will be bringing on Relief Valves, Triple Offset Butterfly Valves, Control Valves, and Bellow Seal Globe Valves. From industrial processes, chemicals, hydrocarbons, and all the way to shipbuilding, ARI has a reputable history as a competent partner for control, isolation, relief, and heat transfer needs. We are authorized to sell in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, Arkansas, Kansas & Illinois.

Hatfield and Company Becomes Exclusive Representative for Ametek/Drexelbrook

Hatfield and Company are pleased to announce that effective April 15th, 2020, we have been appointed the exclusive representative for Ametek/Drexelbrook, for the states of Louisiana and Texas.

Drexelbrook has been an industry leader in level measurement, as well as the “Gold Standard” for B, S, and W monitors for many years. We expect to support them to continue that legacy.

Hatfield and Company acquireS H&H Mountings and Machine

Located in McKinney, TX, H&H Mountings and Machine is a machine and weld shop that focuses primarily on mounting kits for valve automation in the Municipal, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Industrial, and HVAC Commercial markets. We welcome David & Jonathan Hays to the Hatfield family. Tom Wheelis will lead the management of the machine shop.
